Overview

Scott has been a licensed attorney in Nevada for over 20 years, representing clients in commercial litigation and real estate disputes, and creditors in business bankruptcy cases.  In particular, Scott has extensive experience representing financial institutions and other lenders in Chapter 11 cases, receiverships, loan workouts, Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) sales of personal property, judicial and non-judicial foreclosure of mortgages and deeds of trust, and all aspects of post-judgment collection efforts.  He is a frequent author and speaker, serves on advisory boards for the American Bankruptcy Institute and National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges, and was elected Chair of the Bankruptcy Practice Section of the State Bar of Nevada.
