Scott Cook is a multi-state licensed practitioner with over 35 years of comprehensive experience in the five states where he is licensed. He continues to achieve success on behalf of clients, is nationally recognized as a top achieving practitioner, is an often requested lecturer, presenter and panelist on topics of legal interest and directs the Insurance and Liability Practices within Kolesar & Leatham.

With a broad background in all aspects of civil litigation and regulatory matters, Cook actively represents clients in complex litigation in many specialties, has been retained to coordinate counsel, and is often requested to manage and oversee intricate and complicated mediation and resolution of matters.

Cook’s experience includes private practice in multiple jurisdictions, supervision of a seven state territory of litigation attorneys, service as a Managing Attorney both for internal insurance carrier counsel operations and for a national law firm. He has established, supervised and practices in offices in his licensed states, served as an expert witness on many issues, holds a certificate of training in natural gas and propane, and has appeared in multiple Indian Courts on regulatory, environmental and litigated matters.
