Amanda Baker practices in the areas of general civil litigation, commercial litigation, bankruptcy, restructuring, and creditor’s rights.

Ms. Baker received her Bachelor of Arts degree in 2013 with a double major in Honors English and Honors Spanish from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio, where she graduated summa cum laude. Ms. Baker went on to receive her Juris Doctor degree from The Ohio State University, Moritz College of Law in 2016. During law school, Ms. Baker was the Note Editor of the Ohio State Law Journal. She graduated from law school magna cum laude and Order of the Coif.

Prior to her employment at Kolesar & Leatham, Ms. Baker worked for almost three years at an AmLaw 100 firm, where she practiced primarily in the firm’s Bankruptcy & Restructuring group assisting and serving clients in matters as diverse as a global multibillion-dollar restructuring deal to local litigation matters in state court.
