Defended consumer’s suit seeking more than $2 million in damages for alleged violations of the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and related claims. Obtained summary judgment on state law claims, defense jury verdict on remaining claims and order affirming on appeal. See 122 Fed.Appx. 882 (9th Cir. 2004).
