Ms. Gigante joins Kolesar & Leatham after more than ten years with the Clark County, Nevada Business License Department where she managed all aspects of general, regulated liquor, gaming, marijuana business licensing and enforcement. Her work for Clark County included establishing compliance protocols and developing guidelines for agency enforcement of marijuana and liquor licensing laws.
