Pro Bono appellate counsel before the Board of Veterans’ Appeals for two claimants denied benefits under their veteran grandfather’s life insurance policy.  Successful representation resulted in obtaining order of remand of the claims to the Department of Veterans’ Affairs Regional Office for de novo consideration of all issues.
