Case to recover loan balance owed after a fraudulent application for real estate mortgage.  Complaint included appointment of receiver and receiver pendente lite granted.  Debtor filed chapter 11 case and we moved to dismiss as a bad faith filing.  Case settled, bankruptcy dismissed and client recovered all $7.0 million principal together with $500,000 punitive damages, all interest, fees and costs.
