Mr. Sherman focuses primarily on commercial litigation and bankruptcy. His legal experience includes commercial litigation, and creditor rights, including bankruptcy law, and receiver representation.

In 2001, he received his First and Advanced Rabbinic Degree from Central Yeshiva Tomchei Tmimim Lubavitz, N.Y. In 2005, he received his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, cum laude, Order of the Coif. At Loyola, Mr. Sherman was part of the Scott Moot Court Honors Board and the St. Thomas Moore Honor Society.
