| Robert J. Kolesar practices primarily in banking, real property, corporation, and trust law, and is the managing partner of the Firm. |
| Mr. Kolesar received his Juris Doctorate from Case Western Reserve University in 1968. Mr. Kolesar received his Bachelor of Arts degree from John Carroll University in 1965. |
| Mr. Kolesar was formerly a Senior Vice President, Senior Trust Officer and Associate General Counsel for Valley Bank of Nevada, now Bank of America Nevada. Mr. Kolesar also formerly served as General Counsel to Cardinal Federal Savings & Loan Association in Cleveland, Ohio, and as Associate Counsel with Ameritrust, N.A. (now KeyBank) and was a member of the legal staff of Forest City Enterprises, Inc. |
| Mr. Kolesar is actively involved in community and professional organizations. He has served as a Board member of HELP of Southern Nevada, the Las Vegas Symphony and the National Conference for Community and Justice. Mr. Kolesar is currently on the Board of Trustees for the Nevada Development Authority and the Board of Advisors of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce. In 2000, the Governor of Nevada appointed Mr. Kolesar to the Board of Directors of a newly privatized formerly state administered insurance corporation. He is now Chairman of the Board of that entity, Employers Holdings, Inc., a New York Stock Exchange Company. |
| Mr. Kolesar is a member of the State Bar of Nevada and the American Bar Association (Sections on corporation, banking and business law). He is a member of the Nevada Bankers Association, the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Mr. Kolesar is a Co-Author of "Current Issues in Banking Law in Nevada." Mr. Kolesar has lectured at seminars accredited by the State Bars of Nevada and Ohio for continuing legal education. Recently, he was selected as one of In Business Las Vegas' Lawyers Who's Who. |
