| Randolph L. Howard has a civil trial practice. Mr. Howard regularly handles litigation matters in all State and Federal courts in Nevada and California as well as disputes subject to mandatory and contractual arbitration. |
| Mr. Howard's litigation practice is broad based, including extensive experience in the areas of commercial litigation, lender liability, receiverships, landlord/tenant disputes, insurance, title insurance, construction defects, secured transactions, intellectual property, suretyship law, fidelity and performance bonds, franchise law, collection matters and all types of contested and adversarial bankruptcy matters. |
| He has represented the construction lenders in some of the largest lien priority trials in Nevada. |
| Mr. Howard received his Juris Doctorate from Hastings College of The Law in 1974. Mr. Howard received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, Minnesota, in 1971. He was previously a member of the law firm of Frandzel & Share, the managing partner of its San Francisco office and chair of the San Francisco Bar Association, Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section. Mr. Howard has also served as General Counsel and CFO for a privately held company. |
| Mr. Howard is a member of the State Bar of Nevada and State Bar of California, and is admitted to practice before all State Courts located in Nevada, all State Courts located in California, the U. S. District Court for the District of Nevada, all U. S. District Courts for all four Districts of California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. |
| Mr. Howard has lectured at the 7th Annual Nevada Construction Law Conference and at the 2003 Construction Law Conference on Representing the Construction Lender and is the contributing author of the "Nevada Chapter of Covenants Against Competition," ABA Forum on Franchising, 2002. |
