    Matthew Saltzman, is a shareholder of the firm. He practices in banking, corporate and commercial transactions, real estate and privilege business licensing (including liquor licensing).
    Saltzman earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1993. While in law school he served as Executive Editor of the University of Pittsburgh Law Review and was a teaching assistant for the law school's Legal Research and Writing course. He received his bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1987.
    Saltzman is involved in several political and public policy organizations, including the Federalist Society for Law and Public Studies, of which he is president of the Las Vegas Lawyers Chapter. He also serves on the board of directors of the Keystone Corporation, a Nevada political action committee. While in practice in Pennsylvania, Saltzman was a member of the Scott Township Planning Commission.
    Saltzman is a member of the American and Nevada Bar Associations and is a member of the Nevada Bankers Association. He has been admitted to practice before the federal courts in Nevada and the Western District of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the National Conference of State Liquor Administrators, a sustaining member of the National Association of Alcoholic Beverage Licensing Attorneys, and a founding member of the Alliance of Alcohol Industry Attorneys and Consultants.
    Mr. Saltzman has written on the subject of the Nevada holding company as an asset protection and state tax reduction entity. He is co-author and lecturer of "Considerations in Buying or Selling a Business in Nevada," National Business Institute, 2000 and 2002, and is co-author and lecturer of "Legal Considerations in Starting a Franchise in Nevada," National Business Institute, 2003. He is also co-author of "Procedural Aspects of Entering Confessed Judgments," Pennsylvania Bar Institute No. 1994-883.
    He has also lectured on banking and bankruptcy issues at the Duquesne University School of Law and the California State University - Northridge and has served as an instructor for the American Institute of Banking.
