Mr. Roberson concentrates his law practice on commercial and business transactions, and real estate.¬†He also provides counsel to clients on administrative¬†and regulatory matters.
Mr. Roberson is very involved in politics and public policy in Southern Nevada. He is currently serving as the Senate Majority Leader in the Nevada State Legislature,¬†representing the 20th Senatorial District located in Southern Nevada. He¬†serves as Chairman of the Senate Revenue and Economic Development Committee, Vice-Chair of the Senate¬†Finance Committee, and as a member of¬†the Senate Judiciary Committee. Previously, he served as Senate Minority Leader and in that role, he worked closely with Governor Brian Sandoval to cut taxes, increase funding for public education and create incentives for out-of-state companies to relocate to Southern Nevada.
In the local community, he has served on the Spring Valley Hospital‚Äôs Board of Governors and on the Advisory Board for the Advanced Technologies Academy, a high-achieving magnet public high school. He has also been active in the Southern Nevada Chapter of NAIOP/ Commercial Real Estate Development Association and a member of the National Conference of Commissioners of Uniform State Laws (Uniform Law Commission).
Mr. Roberson graduated from University of Kansas in 1993 with a degree in Political Science. He received his Juris Doctor degree in 1996 from the University of Kansas School of Law.
