Mr. Roberson concentrates his law practice on corporate and business transactions, real estate, and commercial litigation.

Mr. Roberson is very involved in politics and public policy in Southern Nevada. He is serving in the Nevada State Legislature as the Senator from the 5th Senatorial District, and is one of only two lawyers in that Chamber of the legislature.

He serves on the Advisory Board for the Advanced Technologies Academy, a high-achieving magnet school. He has also been active in BOMA, the Building Owners and Managers Association, and NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association.

Mr. Roberson graduated from University of Kansas in 1993 with a degree in Political Science. He received his Juris Doctor degree in 1996 from the University of Kansas School of Law.
