Mr. Mugan practices primarily in the areas of real estate, banking, corporate and commercial transactions and privilege licensing, including alcohol beverage permitting.

He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting from Creighton University in 2001, where he graduated cum laude. Mr. Mugan earned his Juris Doctor from the Boyd School of Law at in 2004, where he graduated cum laude. While attending law school, Mr. Mugan was a member of the Nevada Law Review and business editor on the editorial board of the Nevada Law Journal. He was also a teacher in the Street Law program, educating Nevada teens about the law.
