Mr. Mugan also received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting (cum laude) from Creighton University in 2001. While attending law school, Mr. Mugan was a member of the Nevada Law Review and served as the Business Editor on the Editorial Board for the Nevada Law Journal. Mr. Mugan also was a teacher in the Street Law program educating Nevada's teens about the law. Mr. Mugan is a member of the State Bar of Nevada and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Nevada. Mr. Mugan is also a member of the American Bar Association. Mr. Mugan formerly was a member of the Corporate Tax Department of MGM-Mirage. Recently, he was selected as one of In Business Las Vegas' Lawyers Who's Who 2006.
