Mr. Hibbard practices primarily in trial and alternative dispute resolution for Kolesar & Leatham. He has litigated commercial, securities, products liability, toxic tort, medical negligence and construction cases.

Hibbard is formerly a member of the Defense Research Institute and is presently a member of the Federal Court Historical Society. He is also a member of the Multnomah County Bar Association and has served as a speaker on law-related subjects.

He earned his Bachelor Degree in business administration from the University of Oregon. In 1971, he earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Oregon School of Law.
