| George J. Claseman practices primarily in estate planning, probate, trust administration, tax planning and business law. |
| Mr. Claseman received his Master of Laws in Taxation (magna cum laude) from William Mitchell College of Law in 1990. He received his Juris Doctorate from William Mitchell College of Law in 1976. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (cum laude) from the University of Minnesota in 1972. He also received the designation of Certified Financial Planner from the College for Financial Planning in 1990. |
| Mr. Claseman is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, the Minnesota State Bar Association, the Hennepin County Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Southern Nevada Estate Planning Council. He is admitted to practice in the State of Nevada, in the State of Minnesota, before the United States District Court for the District of Nevada and before the United States Supreme Court. |
| Mr. Claseman was formerly with the Las Vegas law firm of Kummer Kaempfer Bonner Renshaw & Ferrario. Prior to that, he was a Vice President and Trust Officer with First Bank System (now U.S. Bank) in Minneapolis, Minnesota. |
| Mr. Claseman has lectured at seminars accredited by both the State Bar of Nevada and the Minnesota State Bar for continuing legal education, and has also given numerous seminars on estate planning to the general public. |
