David L. Edelblute practices in the areas of commercial litigation and employment law.

Mr. Edelblute received his Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Arizona State University. While attending Arizona State, Mr. Edelblute worked as a field representative for the Republican National Committee, National Republican Senatorial Committee, and in the District Office of Nevada Congressman Dr. Joe Heck.

Mr. Edelblute earned his Juris Doctor from The University of Wisconsin Law School in 2015. Mr. Edelblute also spent one semester studying at the William S. Boyd School of Law, where he focused his coursework on gaming law.

During law school, Mr. Edelblute served as an extern to the Honorable Lloyd D. George of the United States District Court, District of Nevada. Mr. Edelblute was recognized as the top oralist and best overall competitor in Wisconsin Law School’s internal moot court competition. Mr. Edelblute also competed in the American Association of Justice Student Trial Advocacy Competition, the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot – Vienna, and the Mardi Gras Sports Law Moot Invitational, where he received a top oralist award.
