| Bruce N. Willoughby's practice is litigation oriented. Mr. Willoughby regularly represents clients in matters before State and Federal courts in Nevada and California as well as representing clients in disputes subject to mandatory and contractual mediation and arbitration. |
| Mr. Willoughby has over 34 years experience in commercial litigation, construction litigation, labor and employment litigation and counseling for employers, adversarial bankruptcy matters for creditors and real estate law. Mr. Willoughby also has experience in Federal court complex litigation matters. Mr. Willoughby has represented contractors and subcontractors regarding lien priority issues in Nevada and has represented many national and local employers in Federal court jury trials contesting labor and employment matters. Mr. Willoughby recently co-authored The Nevada Construction Law Manual for HLK Global Communications, Inc. |
| Mr. Willoughby received his Juris Doctorate from Gonzaga University School of Law in 1972 and received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Gonzaga University in 1965. Mr. Willoughby received his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Wyoming in 1992. |
| Mr. Willoughby is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, State Bar of California, the Washington State Bar Association, The Wyoming State Bar Association and The State Bar of Colorado. Mr. Willoughby is a member of the Nevada Trial Lawyers Association and the American Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Willoughby is admitted to practice before all State courts in California and all State and Federal courts located in Nevada, Washington, Wyoming and Colorado, the Ninth and Tenth Circuit Courts of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. |
| Mr. Willoughby has been a speaker at state and national seminars and has presented seminars to both governmental and private employers regarding labor and employment law. Recently, he was selected as one of In Business Las Vegas' Lawyers Who's Who 2006. |
