Benjamin J. Volmer practices primarily in the areas of business law, including privilege business licensing (including alcohol and gaming licensing), land use and zoning matters, and corporate and commercial transactions.

Mr. Volmer regularly assists alcohol retailers, wholesalers and suppliers, gaming establishments and other regulated businesses in all aspects of licensing and compliance at the state and local level.

He graduated from Brigham Young University, cum laude, in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. He received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the Boyd School of Law in 2008. While there, he was member of the Nevada Law Review and on the editorial board of the Nevada Law Journal.
