| Alan J. Lefebvre conducts a statewide trial and appellate practice in both state and federal courts in Nevada. |
| Alan is a member of the firm's commercial and construction litigation practice group. His primary focus is construction related litigation, not exclusive to one category of construction professional or discipline. He has represented public owners, private developers and contractors, design professionals sureties, lenders, title insurers and subcontractors. The balance of his practice consists of the full spectrum of commercial disputes and resolution of them. |
| Alan has practiced law in Las Vegas since 1978. He obtained his law degree at the University of San Francisco following an undergraduate education at the University of California at Santa Barbara. Before starting private practice, he was a judicial law clerk. |
| Alan has served on the board which governs the State Bar of Nevada and is a nine year veteran of the Nevada Commission On Judicial Discipline, a constitution court of judicial performance. He is active in the International Association of Defense Counsel and the Forum Committee on the Construction industry of the American Bar Association. He is active in civic and governmental affairs. |
