Mr. Lefebvre conducts a statewide trial and civil litigation practice in Nevada state and federal courts, in arbitral forums and mediation. He has regularly prosecuted and defended appeals in the Nevada Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

He is a member of the firm’s commercial and construction litigation group. His primary focus is construction-related disputes. Mr. Lefebrve has represented public owners, private developers, contractors, design professionals, sureties, lenders, title insurers, and subcontractors. The balance of the practice consists of resolving the full spectrum of disputes arising in commercial law and constitutional questions intersection in the marketplace. Resolution of shareholder disputes in closely held local enterprises has become a centerpiece of his practice in the last five years.

Mr. Lefebrve received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California at Santa Barbara, with high honors and departmental distinction, in 1975. He was the recipient of the University Service Award by the Regents of the University of California for tenure as one of the co-publishers of USB Daily Nexus, a student newspaper having a circulation of approximately 15,000 in Santa Barbara County. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco, School of Law in 1978.
