Peter D. Navarro earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 2006. While in law school, Mr. Navarro actively participated in the Tax Clinic, Street Law Clinic, and Connecticut Urban Legal Initiative. Additionally, Mr. Navarro served as a legal intern in the Connecticut state's attorney office and as judicial extern to the Honorable Holly B. Fitzsimmons, United States magistrate judge.

Mr. Navarro received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Dartmouth College in 1998 with a double major in English and Film Studies. At Dartmouth College, Mr. Navarro was a member of the Zeta Psi fraternity, where he was elected president.
