Nicole E. Lovelock is a native of Las Vegas. She earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Arizona School of Law in 2008. Ms. Lovelock was a James E. Roger Scholar and a writer on the Arizona Journal of International and Comparative Law.

Ms. Lovelock graduated cum laude with distinction in both Political Science and Sociology from the University of Pennsylvania in 2003. At the University of Pennsylvania, Ms. Lovelock received the Christopher H. Browne Trustee Scholarship and the Association of Alumnae Rosemary D. Mazzatenta Scholar Award and wrote two honors theses entitled "Parental Influence on Adolescent Decision Process to Leave High School" and "Judicial Reform in the American States."

Prior to joining Kolesar & Leatham, Ms. Lovelock served as a legal extern for the governor of Arizona. Additionally, Ms. Lovelock was an Equal Employment Opportunity Federal Investigator and served as a lobbyist in Washington, D.C.

Ms. Lovelock is a member of the State Bar of Nevada and is admitted to practice before all state courts in Nevada and the United States District Court for the District of Nevada.
