Elliott R. Eisner, practices in the areas of real estate, banking, secured and unsecured transactions, and gaming law.
Mr. Eisner received his Juris Doctorate from the Cleveland Marshall College of Law, Cleveland State University in 1970. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the Ohio State University in 1966.
Mr. Eisner was formerly a partner in the Las Vegas law firm of Kummer Kaempfer Bonner Renshaw & Ferrario. Prior to that, Mr. Eisner was an attorney with the firm of Vargas & Bartlett (now Jones Vargas). He also served as associate general counsel for Valley Bank of Nevada (now Bank of America, Nevada), general counsel, and associate general counsel to Cardinal Federal Savings & Loan Association in Cleveland, Ohio.
Mr. Eisner is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, the Clark County Bar Association, International Association of Gaming Attorneys, and the American Bar Association. Mr. Eisner is currently on the board of the Foundation for an Independent Tomorrow and was formerly a trustee of the Nevada Development Authority.
Mr. Eisner is admitted to practice in the States of Nevada and Ohio.
Mr. Eisner has lectured at seminars accredited by both the state bars of Nevada and Ohio for continuing legal education and lectured on regulatory matters at seminars for attorneys for financial institutions.
