ATTORNEY PROFILE: E. DANIEL KIDD
Dan Kidd was born and grew up in the Seattle, Washington area. For his bachelor's degree, he attended Brigham Young University and graduated cum laude from the Marriott School of Management, with a minor in Philosophy. He then attended law school at the University of San Diego School of Law, graduating magna cum laude. While at law school he wrote for Law Review and was, in recognition of his achieved academic excellence, invited to join the Order of the Coif.
Mr. Kidd is a member of the United States District Court for the District of Nevada and the Supreme Court of the State of Nevada. His prior practice focused on civil litigation with an emphasis on insurance defense, coverage, bad faith, products liability and premises liability. While with Kolesar & Leatham he will focus his practice on various areas of civil commercial litigation.
Mr. Kidd resides in Las Vegas with his wife and two sons. His interests center around his family, sports, and outdoor activities. He is fluent in Spanish.
