David Alleman practices primarily in real estate and commercial transactions. He represents both small businesses and corporations, including lenders, developers, and homebuilders, in real estate transactional matters.
Mr. Alleman received his Juris Doctorate from the J. Reuben Clark Law School, Brigham Young University, in 2002, where he graduated cum laude. While in law school, Mr. Alleman was an editor of the BYU Law Review. Mr. Alleman received his B.A. from Brigham Young University.
Mr. Alleman is a member of the State Bar of Nevada and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court of Nevada and all Nevada state courts.
