ATTORNEY PROFILE: BART LARSEN
Bart K. Larsen is a member of the firm’s commercial litigation and bankruptcy practice groups, where he focuses primarily on the resolution of business, construction and real estate disputes. Mr. Larsen has considerable experience litigating landlord-tenant issues and mechanic’s lien claims. He represents a wide range of local and national clients, including many contractors, developers, commercial landlords and other business owners.
Mr. Larsen graduated with honors from Utah State University in 2000, where he received degrees in accounting and economics. He obtained his Juris Doctorate degree in 2003 from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University.
Mr. Larsen has been an active member of the State Bar of Nevada since 2003 and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Nevada and all Nevada state courts.
