Hired by Lawyers Title Corporation as lead counsel to represent holders of first deed of trust on the hotel/casino ($460 mil.), The Bank of Nova Scotia, and first deed of trust on the Aladdin Bazaar shopping area ($194 mil.), Fleet National Bank, in defense of approximately 100 mechanics lien claimant foreclosure actions involving claims of about $73,000,000 (down to about $20.0 mil. at time of trial) and priority vis-a-vis holders of deeds of trust.  Judgment of the Clark County District Court, State of Nevada, for the construction lenders as to all lien claimants, holding the construction lenders to have senior lien priority (represented only The Bank of Nova Scotia at trial).
