• Leatham, Eisner of Kolesar & Leatham selected as ‘Legal Elite’

  Two Kolesar & Leatham attorneys, Nile Leatham, managing shareholder of the firm, and Elliott R. Eisner, shareholder, were named by Nevada Business Magazine as two of the state’s Top 100 Legal Elite.
  
  Selected by their peers from more than 800 nominations, Leatham and Eisner were nominated to the list, which includes Southern and Northern Nevada attorneys. The list will be published in the September issue of Nevada Business Magazine.

• Nile Leatham has been selected as a Super Lawyer in the fields of bankruptcy and banking law.
• The firm recently hired three new lawyers. Ben Volmer will be working in the privilege licensing and corporate law fields while Nicole Lovelock will be working with the litigation practice group. James Hibbard will be working with litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
